How It Works

Three footballers are on your screen. Your task is to find the one footballer who played with all three of them at club level, each at a different club. If your guess is incorrect, you can reveal one of the three players' clubs where they played alongside the mystery player. A second incorrect guess reveals a second player's club, and a third incorrect guess reveals the final player's club. Once all three are revealed, you get one final guess with everything on display — get that wrong, and you lose!

Think outside the box for some of the niche links — Mutual Teammates is full of future world-class players who played together in lower leagues before they became household names, and legends of the game who teamed up during their twilight years at lesser-known clubs as they wound down their careers. There are journeymen playing together in their primes, and top players you forgot linked up at some point. This game doesn't include national teams, or two examples from the same club!
